Our View:Seidenberg suffered a lower body injury on Friday. He has 13 points in 24 games from the blue-line, along with 14 PIM. His fantasy value is limited, especially with a -4 rating, but he is playing at a much higher offensive level this season than he did last year.
July 7, 2008 Dennis Seidenberg has re-signed with the Hurricanes, according to the Sports Network. He agreed to a one-year deal worth $1.2 million.
Our View:The defenseman failed to score a goal over 47 games last season, but he did reach a new career-high with 15 assists. He holds no fantasy value, especially since he only registered 18 penalty minutes.
March 19, 2008 Dennis Seidenberg may not be available in Atlanta on Wednesday night, as he stayed behind in order to be with his pregnant girlfriend, the Raleigh News and Observer reports. He is expected to join the team on either Wednesday night or Thursday.
