November 28, 2008 Fedor Tyutin entered action on Friday night with one goal, so of course he went out and scored two goals in the Blue Jackets loss to the Red Wings.
Our View:Tyutin has scored just 18 markers in 272 career games, so do not expect continued scoring from this defender, though to be fair he has 11 points in 22 games so it's not like he isn't producing a fair amount of offense.
September 29, 2008 Fedor Tyutin had yet another nice game for the Blue Jackets in their 7-1 victory over Chicago on Thursday. He had a goal and two assists while finishing with a plus-4.
Our View:All of his scoring came in the third period and included one assist on the power play. Tyutin could find himself quarterbacking the power play this season in Columbus making him a nice sleeper selection.

Our View:The move would likely be a big boost to Tyutin's production. Last year he tallied just 20 points in 82 games. A move such as this could as much as double his numbers making Tyutin a nice sleeper if he wins the job. Keep an eye on him as the change could come in the first month or two of the season.
