Our View:He skated with the team Sunday, after undergoing heart surgery in late September to correct an irregular heartbeat. The young winger only played in three games this season, and won't be missed by fantasy owners during his time in the minors.

Our View:Tallackson has only played in 16 games in his young career, and hasn't proved to have any fantasy value so far with just one goal and one assist in that time.
September 28, 2008 Barry Tallackson's heart surgery was successful, according to the Bergen Record. GM Lou Lamoriello said, "The procedure was a complete success. There were no issues. I don't have any timetable concerning the recovery stage. We'll know more in a day or so. But everything was a success. Everything went well."
Our View:The procedure was done to correct an irregular heartbeat, and was not considered life-threatening.
