Our View: CuJo figures to be used sparingly with Toskala in the fold, so if he appears in more than 20 games this season the Leafs are likely in big trouble. Pass on Joseph on draft day in all leagues. |

| Bryan McCabe will officially become a member of the Panthers on Tuesday, according to TSN. The Panthers will trade d-man Mike Van Ryn and a draft pick to the Leafs to complete the deal. |
Our View: The deal has been held up because of the $2 million bonus that the Leafs owed McCabe on September 1st, but now that the bonus has been paid, McCabe will be shipped off. Though he had a terrible season last year (five goals and 23 points), McCabe still brings a potent offensive game that could team with Jay Bouwmeester for some impressive offense from the point on the power-play. |
