This week's race at New Hampshire Motor Speedway was supposed to be the Lenox Industrial Tools 301, but rained shortened it to 284 laps. Kurt Busch won by staying out the last pit stop.
Our View: This is one of the things that makes handicapping NASCAR races so difficult. Second-place Michael Waltrip and J.J. Yeley in third were among the slowest on the track, but they had the right luck at the end. |

Michael Waltrip will be going to the back of the pack this week after making an engine change.
Our View: He doesn't have to drop back too far since he qualified only 36th, but it is extremely hard to come from the back on this hard-to-pass track. |
